Job Description
The Role
We're seeking exceptional Line Operators to join New Zealand's premier wrap and tortilla manufacturer. Your expertise in production line operations or strong baking background for precision ingredient mixing will help us maintain our commitment to authentic, flame-baked perfection.
Work-Life Balance
Enjoy a structured four-day week with 12-hour shifts
Day shift: 4:45 AM - 5:00 PM
Night shift: 4:45 PM - 5:00 AM
Monday to Friday operations (4 days on, 3 days off)
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Minimum 3 years' in either food manufacturing experience (commercial baking experience preferred)
Advanced technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving abilities
Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance
Strong numerical literacy and systematic thinking
Physical stamina for hands-on production work
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
