Job Description
Farrah’s is looking for a commercially sharp Finance Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract, covering parental leave. Reporting to the CFO and leading two direct reports, you’ll own the day-to-day finance function and partner closely with operational leaders to drive results.
What You’ll Own
Month-end close and Board reporting
Year-end accounts, tax compliance and external accountant liaison
Process improvement and financial systems integrity
Coaching and developing the Accounts Officer
What You’ll Bring
BCom (CA/CPA preferred)
5+ years’ accounting experience
Business Central/Microsoft Dynamics experience (highly desirable)
FMCG or manufacturing experience (desirable)
Strong ERP and advanced Excel capability
Commercial acumen and confident stakeholder engagement
A proactive, improvement-driven mindset
